About
Nostalgic retro LP bar in Seogyo-dong packed with 20th-century memorabilia, vintage cameras, and classic tunes.
Tucked into the second floor of a red-brick building in Seogyo-dong, a ten-minute walk from Hongik University Station, 20세기적일상 (20th Century Daily Life) operates as part vinyl listening lounge, part retro museum. Under a quirky umbrella-canopy entrance, guests step out of the frantic digital rush and into an analog sanctuary curated with deliberate nostalgia. Vintage clocks, classic film posters, mirrored nooks, and well-worn cameras share shelf space with nostalgic 2G flip phones, retro drinking glasses, and an extensive personal collection of vintage Coca-Cola memorabilia—including a novelty Coca-Cola telephone. At the center of the room sits a commanding wall of vinyl records and a polished bar counter where visitors can nurse a drink while watching the turntable spin. While the space caters effortlessly to late-night unwinding, the kitchen balances its retro atmosphere with a full lineup of satisfying Italian-leaning fare. The menu spans classic pasta dishes like rich bolognese alongside shareable thin-crust pizzas, crisp salads, and bar snacks ranging from nachos to hot popcorn. For dessert, a light crème brûlée offers a sweet finish, ideal for guests
