1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Jinjja Spot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
Jinjja Spot provides a platform for discovering food and dining experiences in Korea, including restaurant recommendations, dining table reservations, and community events. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 14 years of age to create an account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including reviews, photos, and comments. By submitting content, you grant Jinjja Spot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: post false or misleading content; harass or harm other users; scrape or collect data from the Service without authorisation; attempt to interfere with the Service's security or integrity; or use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Google (sign-in and maps), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare (media storage). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jinjja Spot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Korea.
