A driver’s diner famous for stone-pot rice — every tray comes with a dolsot whose crust (nurungji) is the real reason to come.

Pour the barley tea into the emptied stone pot and let the nurungji steep — that is dessert.
Gisa sikdang custom: seat yourself, water and side dishes are self-serve, and turnover is fast — this is a working meal, not a lingering one.
